Part 1: Two Days in London
Travel Tips: Getting Around London & England
Arrival: Heathrow Express or Gatwick Express trains get you into central London quickly; Uber or black cabs are good if you’re exhausted.
Oyster Card: Best way to pay for the Underground (Tube) or buses. Just tap in/out—it’s cheaper than buying paper tickets.
The Tube: Runs early morning to midnight; Night Buses fill the gap after hours.
Uber & Black Cabs: Uber is cheaper, black cabs are iconic (and reliable when Uber is sparse).
Train Travel: Easy and scenic for longer trips—London to Newcastle, Bristol, and Plymouth are all well-served. Book on Trainline for deals.
